 Refund Policy for Zea Premium App

Thank you for purchasing our application. We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you request a refund within 10 days of your purchase date, we will refund 50% of the purchase price. After 10 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a refund, please send an email to sunilgiripradhan@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for the refund. We will then review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Please note that we are unable to refund any fees that may have been charged by third-party payment processors or banks.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect abuse of our refund policy, such as repeated refund requests.
